Return Policy

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact Contact Us within 30 days of delivery.

1a.  We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

3. We will provide the shipping label to send the item back at a rate of $8.00 which will be deducted from your refund. Once you receive shipping label, return must be placed in the mail within the next 72hrs.  You can use your own shipping method and at your own costWe are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.


4.  We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, undergarments, clearance merchandise, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes). Gift cards can not be return unless it is the original buyer and the value must be credited to the original form of payment, such as the credit card used for the purchase. If original payment method no longer available, an in-store credit will be issued. Free gifts received from contests, promotions, etc. such as clothing and gift cards cannot be returned.


5. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing and tags. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged (including smoke damage of any kind), washed, or altered in any way.


6. We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have received and checked the return item.


7. We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

8. Order cancellation:

A 10% cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation request is made after the status indicates the order is “In transit”.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.


Return Address

We have several return locations. If you want to return the items, please Contact Us. Our customer service will provide you with the return address within 24 hours.

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package without confirmation from customer service. That might be an incorrect return address and it will delay the process of your return.
